Building new business for Bed, Bath & Beyond – one brick at a time
Talk about a perfect fit – our hunch that storage bricks from Room Copenhagen would complete Bed, Bath and Beyond’s popular Lego-themed Back to School program paid off big-time. Leveraging Lapine’s insights into the market, and current market trends, plus embracing BB&B’s strategies for growing their Toy Department, the Lego program was approved and launched in all 1,100 stores!
Navigating the small window to get product to U.S. stores from Denmark before back-to-school season was challenging, but not insurmountable. Using Lapine’s logistics know-how and fulfillment capabilities, we had the Room Copenhagen bricks delivered to each store in time for Back to School. Another example of the pieces all coming together.
