Innovative rewards distribution makes for smooth sailing. When 60,000 employees are cruising around the globe with spotty Internet access, limited storage space for personal items, and tight delivery windows, how do you carry out a winning corporate recognition program? Royal Caribbean turned to Lapine, we created four unique websites that featured branding specific to each ship: Royal Caribbean, Azamara and Celebrity, as well as a shore-side employees site. The user-friendly sites offered custom branded and brand-name merchandise. We also created a delivery system to ensure precise deadlines were hit, timing merchandise deliveries with ship arrivals in port. Result? Reward participation skyrocketed, employee satisfaction increased by double digits, and fulfillment accuracy topped 97%. A royal victory.
