Travelers crushes it on the links
Shopping Spree is a key driver to record sales. Each year Travelers Insurance hosts the Travelers Championship, a charity golf event on the PGA Tour. In addition to a day spent on the links, the “Pro-Am” participants get to spend “Travelers bucks” in the Shopping Spree tent, where they can take home a range of goods from golfwear and electronics to jewelry and more. Lapine used an insight-driven approach to product selection to create an inventory that speaks to golfers’ interests, while hitting all the right category and price point needs. The latest Travelers Championship generated over $1.5 million, donated to 140+ charities. The Shopping Spree tent was a major contributing factor to this success, with sales outpacing all prior years. Lapine was proud to help drive such a winning program.
