Create an amenity catalog like no other

W Hotel was born in the be-seen, hedonistic energy of New York’s downtown. Today, you can check in from Aspen to Bhali to Guangzhou. Each of the vibey residencies redefine revelry for the modern jet set and resonate with the spirit of the original W. We were briefed to refresh the W’s amenity gifting catalog to be more aligned with its brand to offer a touch of luxury at every touchpoint.

What we did

Gifts like no other

Checking in to the W should feel like checking out of obligations. So we set out to create products that were high value, highly sought after and like no other.


We deepened our strategic insights into the W Hotel guest and reimagined everything – not only the gifts themselves, but how they’re branded to feel luxurious, and how they can be ordered by hotels to make their experience high-end too. We also created engaging assets to communicate with the hotel’s global teams, which also exuded a premium look and experience that makes a W Hotel what it is. Items included a launch kit, filled with fashionable and functional gear, and a beautiful look book which served as a printed centerpiece and resource guide to this campaign.
