Who we are
adm is a marketing effectiveness agency. We drive efficiencies and improve the effectiveness of brand activation with customers and consumers. We are committed to a sustainable marketing future.
adm is a leading provider of POS solutions, working with large FMCGs and their brands at both a global and regional level. We are therefore in a unique position to align, influence and engage with our clients and supply partners to mitigate potential human rights impacts beyond our direct control within the supply chain.
As set out in adm’s Code of Conduct for Employees and adm’s Code of Conduct for Suppliers, the objective of adm’s documented policies is to provide an overview of expectations for employees and business partners.
In addition, this Human Rights policy exists to:
- Inform employees, business partners and customers of adm’s commitment to human rights;
- Maintain adm’s high ethical standards;
- Contribute to the realisation of human rights globally.
Human rights are basic rights inherent to all human beings, regardless of nationality, place of residence, sex, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status.
adm conducts business in accordance with all rules and regulations in the countries they operate in. We are committed to the following principles:
- adm respects all human rights.
- adm commits to conducting on-going human rights due diligence to assess and mitigate potential human rights infringements.
- adm expects those with whom it does business to respect all human rights.
Our policies reflect our commitment to respect the rights and dignity of all people and in adherence of internationally recognised human rights.
All employment with adm is voluntary. We do not use child or forced labour in any of our operations or facilities. We do not tolerate any form of unacceptable treatment of workers, including but not limited to the exploitation of children, physical punishment or abuse, or involuntary servitude. We fully respect all applicable laws establishing a minimum age for employment, in order to support the effective abolition of child labour worldwide.
adm abides by all laws and regulations regarding pay practices and the classification of employment according to job level and status.
We respect our employees’ right to choose to join or not join a trade union, or to have recognised employee representation in accordance with local law.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Diversity is an important part of who we are. Our vision is to ensure that all of our people can reach their full potential without having any unfair barriers put in their way.
We respect the varied diversity characteristics (including race, disability, gender, LGBTQ+, mental health, religion, belief and age and anything else that’s important to people) of all of our team members and others in our networks.
As a business, we believe that our diverse mix of backgrounds, skills and experiences drives new ideas, products, and services and provides us with a sustained competitive advantage. At the time of publication, we have 500+ employees across the globe who are spread over 27 countries and represent numerous, varied diversity characteristics.
We strive to foster an equitable and inclusive culture and are committed to evolving our range of benefits and employee engagement initiatives to support our people.
To ensure our commitments are carried through into our supply chain, adm businesses are members of SEDEX, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange, and we request suppliers are likewise, to ensure supplier compliance with adm Codes of Conduct and principles.
