Embracing Change
Without stating the obvious, I believe that an honest assessment of structure and process is healthy business practice. This doesn’t need to be in the form of an RFP that takes up valuable resources but instead can mean a considered review and discussion to understand where your business stands when compared to others in your industry when faced with common challenges. This can provide clarity on your next steps and highlight areas that can be optimised.
So, what is holding you back?
For many, even when there are frustrations with their existing ways of working, fear of change means they hesitate when considering moving to a new partner, particularly if this includes moving away from an incumbent.
How do we support businesses to make a change?
At adm, we are proud of the role we play in helping businesses to drive change. Are you asking any of these questions about your own marketing execution?
Should we still be relying on the same execution solution as we did 3 years ago?
Have we consulted outside of our current provider in the last year?
Does my provider’s status as a sizeable industry leader mean they have the best solution for my business?
At adm, we are agile, we embrace change, and we are realistic about the challenges it presents. Our robust approach charts the way to meaningful, tangible business improvements.
Get in touch to understand how we manage this for our incoming clients, and to learn about how we can support you.
